INTRODUCTIONANDSCOPE Limited to access whereavailable toareas. Certain assumptionshavebeen made based on the findings of accessibleareas ThisreportconstitutestheFireRiskAssessment,asmayberequiredbythe RegulatoryReform(FireSafety)Order2005(StatutoryInstrumentNo.1541dated08.06.05). The Assessor has used professional expertise and judgement in carrying out this Assessment and in the preparationoftheReport.Therecommendationsmaderepresentanassessmentoftheminimumstandards considered necessary for the safety of Relevant Persons. It should be borne in mind however that an assessment isopen to individual interpretation, and assuch, an Enforcement Officer (see Article25 of the Order)mayexpressadifferentview.Theassessmentislimitedtothoseareastowhichaccesswaspossibleat thetimeofassessment. Information for completion of the assessment was obtained by physical inspection of the premises, inspectionofrecordsanddrawings(whereavailable)anddiscussionswithmembersofstaff. NB: Should any alterations take place within the building, or the document is considered to be no longervalid,areviewofthisFireRiskAssessmentshouldbeundertaken.Itissuggestedthatoutsideof thisareviewshouldbeundertakenat12monthintervals.
