I. Important Statements
The Board of Directors and the directors of the Company guarantee that there are no significant
omissions, fictitious or misleading statements carried in the Report and we will accept individual and
joint responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the Report.
The Semi-annual Report 2005 was examined on the 7th meeting of the 3rd term of Board, all of the 10
directors voted affirmative on the report.
Director Jin Fujuan absented the meeting for illness. She entrusted Mr. Nie Zhonghai to vote
affirmative on the report.
The Semi-annual Report 2005 was not audited.
The Chairman Mr. Nie Zhonghai, the General Manager Mr. Yan Jianhuan, the Chief Accountant Mr.
