The Commission also processed 53 applications for Extension of Annual License. Additionally, the Commission received 164 applications for Annual License Renewal, 29 applications for Annual License Extension, 29 applications for first Annual License, 127 LBMA Annual Reviews, and 11 applications for first LBMA that were not completed because all of the conditions for licensure had not been met. The Office of the Executive Director reviewed 80 new institutional applications for a Provisional License during the 20112012 fiscal year. The applications were then submitted to the Commission and the institutions subsequently received a Provisional License. Also, 73 Provisional applications were not placed on a Commission agenda because all of the conditions for approval had not been met. Commission staff also reviewed applications from collegiate institutions to create a branch campus. The applications for 10 branch campuses were approved by the Commission and the application for one branch campus was not completed because all of the conditions for approval had not been met.
