Define the criteria for making property decisions for the future, based on GSCI strategies and opportunities. Evaluate each property against the criteria. Recommend a comprehensive property plan that supports the program and mission and has the potential to be sustainable in terms of operational and capital costs.

Timeline: November 2009 - January 2010 Process and Methodology:
Review and analyze GSCI information and data Dialogue with GSCI leadership (staff and volunteers) Develop criteria for the evaluation Review all outdoor program properties Develop recommendations for a comprehensive property plan that will meet program and operational needs

Retain and grow membership share of girls 5 - 17 years Representing the demographics of the Council areas
2. Program
Contemporary design and style Develops leadership, provides progression, serves the diverse needs of needs members Through resident, day and core camps, and a variety of short-term shortevents
3. Finances
Deploys assets toward their highest and best use to achieve mission and mission strategic goals
4. Property
Applies operational and capital resources to provide for high quality quality facilities and services to support creative programming
