关于北京市大学生社区工作者工作现状及发展的调研与思考
摘要:大学生社区工作者这一制度是政府在"十一五"期间为了构建社会主义和谐社会,有
效推动大学生就业发展而实施的重要举措.
近年来,
应届大学毕业生来到社区从事社区管理
服务工作,推进了首都社区工作者队伍的专业化、职业化建设,为"三个北京"建设做出了
突出的贡献.
但是由于大学生社区工作者这项工作在首都还处于起步阶段,
加之大学生自身
阅历不足,因而这项工作在发展中有很多问题需要解决.鉴于这种现状,笔者深入社区进行
了实地实践的调研与思考,
为进一步有效的推动首都大学生社区工作者的工作发展,
构建和
谐社区提出了对策与建议.

ABSTRACT:Students ' community worker, a system is in the Government "People's
Republic of China for national economic and social development of the 11th five-year
plan" to during the construction of Socialist harmonious society, effectively
promoting the development of college students employment and the implementation of
important initiatives. In recent years, came to the community of fresh University
graduates engaged in community service work, promote the specialization and
professionization construction of community workers in the capital for the "three
Beijing" has made outstanding contribution to the construction. However, as the
community workers that work for college students in the capital, still in its infancy,
together with the students ' own lack of experience, this work has a lot of problems
to be solved in the development. In view of this situation, the author field
investigation and consideration on the practice of the community, to facilitate the
work of college students ' community worker in the capital for further effective
development, harmonious community proposed the countermeasure and suggestion.
