离子交换色谱法检测食品添加剂 富马酸中马来酸

摘要: 目的: 建立离子交换色谱法检测食品添加剂富马酸中杂质马来酸.方法: 样品用流动相溶解定 容后, 采用 LC- SCX 离子交换色谱柱 (25 cm× mm, 5 μ 分离, 以 0.005 mol/L 硫酸水溶液 - 乙腈 (60: 4.6 m)
40)为流动相, 流速 0.3 mL/min, 检测波长 208 nm.结果: 样品中富马酸与马来酸分离度达到 3.1, 在 0.1~5.0 mg/L 范围内, 马来酸峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 (r=0.9999), 最低检出限达到 0.05 g/kg,

Abstr act: Objective: To es tablis h a method for the determination of maleic acid in fumaric acid by ion exchange
chromatography ( IEC ) . Methods : S amples were dis s oluted by mobile phas e directly . Chromatographic 4.6 m) analys is was performed on a LC - S CX (25 cm × mm, 5 μ column eluted with 0.005 mol/L s ulfuric acid- acetonitrile (60:40) at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min, and detection at 208 nm. Res ults : The s eparation degree between fumaric acid and maleic acid was 3.1. The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.1 ~5.0 mg/L with good precis ion and accuracy. The detection limit was 0.05 g/kg. Cons lus ion: The method was s imple, rapid, s ens itive and accurate. It' s s uitable for determination of maleic acid in fumaric acid as food additives .
