Bored of high-end restaurants and traditional dim sums Here is a special taste of Hong Kong's local cuisine.
Duk Cheung Noodle Shop
88 Fuk Lo Tsun Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong. Unlike normal restaurants, there are no neatly uniformed waiters, comfortable chairs, or even a private table for you and your company. There are a few people around the store dressed similarly and constantly shouting orders at each other, bright orange plastic stools, and large round tables for you to dine with strangers. This is the Hong Kong local culture. However, despite all that, the wide selection of soup noodles served with home-made fish balls and other accompanying dishes are one of the best representatives of Hong Kong soup noodles. They would leave you wanting to come back for more.

A fifteen minute walk from the MTR station, situated in a district full of a variety of restaurants, is a local noodle store. Here, one can experience the rush of the Hong Kong lifestyle as well as some delicious soup noodles.
