Visit Hong Kong Pavilion at Air Freight Asia 2009 Win 2 business class tickets to Sapporo
The Lucky Draw is held on 9 Sep 2009 at 1600 (4pm). Employees of the Airport Authority Hong Kong ("AAHK"), Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, Invest Hong Kong, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hong Kong Shippers' Council and Hong Kong Cathay Pacific Airways are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw. To enter the lucky draw, each person must provide a valid business card to the staff at the Hong Kong Pavilion at Air Freight Asia Conference and Exhibition 2009 at AsiaWorld--Expo. The valid business card should contain the following information: 3.1 Name (in accordance with the participants' identity documents) 3.2 Hong Kong identity card or passport number (the first four digits) 3.3 Contact number, country code and area code 3.4 E-mail address Each person is entitled to one Lucky Draw entry. Participants must provide all required information and fulfill all necessary requirements of the Lucky Draw in order to be eligible for the Lucky Draw. The registration of any participant who is unable to provide all the required information will be cancelled. The business cards for the Lucky Draw must be deposited into specific Lucky Draw box between 0930 (9:30am) to 1730 (5:30pm) on 8 Sep 2009 or between 0930 (9:30am) to 1530 (3:30pm) on 9 Sep 2009. Any submission of Lucky Draw Card after 1530 (3:30pm) on 9 Sep 2009 will be forfeited. The participants of the lucky draw consent to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw together with the terms and conditions of the prizes of the Lucky Draw (please refer to the prize and the redemption letter for details) as well as to cooperate with and participate in any marketing activities. Prizes of the Lucky Draws are as below: i) Grand Prize: Two round trip business class tickets from Hong Kong to Sapporo sponsored by Cathay Pacific Airways ii) 2nd Prize: Sky Plaza HK$1,000 shopping coupon iii) 3rd Prize: Sky Plaza HK $500 shopping coupon Winners list will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 14 Sep 2009. Winners will be notified, via email by AAHK. Winners' qualification will be forfeited if they failed to redeem the Prizes by 31 October 2009. AAHK held no responsibilities for any loss / damage during the redemption of the Prizes (for overseas winners) as a result of wrong / incomplete personal data provided, delay / incorrect delivery, or any events that lead to such loss or damage. AAHK reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute regarding the mechanism regarding the Lucky Draw. All information provided by the participants in the Lucky Draw and redemption of Prizes is deemed to be true and accurate. AAHK will only keep such personal data for so long as they are required for the purposes stated in the terms and conditions herein, AAHK and their agencies or retained service providers, as the case may be will treat all personal data collected from the participants in confidence. The entire participants' rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) shall be recognized by AAHK and their agencies or retained service providers, as the case may be, at all times. AAHK's decisions on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw and Prizes are final and binding. AAHK shall not be liable in any way to any person for any personal injury, death, loss or damages (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and Prizes. The terms and conditions herein shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In the event of discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
