    单片机控制的光声光谱气体检测系统的设计

    摘要:根据 HITRAN 数据库中甲烷分子近红外吸收谱线,选用波长 1651nm 二极管激光器
    作为光源,研制了一种新型近红外光声光谱甲烷气体浓度检测系统.以单片机 AT89C52 为
    核心处理器,融合了模/数转换电路、通信电路 显示电路、看门狗监控电路等组合技术,可
    进行声、光报警,具有通信功能.实验表明,该系统的稳定性和灵敏性都大大提高,实现了
    对甲烷浓度的检测和显示,检测的灵敏度为 1460 ppm/m.在煤矿瓦斯监测、大气环保监测、
    天然气泄漏监测等方面都具有广泛的应用前景.

    Abstract:Based on the analysis of the near infrared spectral absorption of methane in HITRAN
    Database, A 1651 nm Laser Diode is used as a light source. A novel methane gas-sensitive sensor
    Near-infrared Photoacoustic Spectroscopy is developed by using the combination of single-chip
    computer AT89C52, A/D transform circuit, communication circuit, display circuit, Canmengou
    monitoring circuit, etc. The concentration of methane can be monitored and displayed on the
    screen. A sensitivity of 1460 ppm/m has been achieved with this instrument. It also has the
    function of the sounding the alarm bell and communication. The study shows that the stability and
    the sensitivity of the sensor have been greatly improved. It is possessed of wide application in the
    areas of monitoring of coal mine gas, atmosphere environment, leakage of natural gas.
