    摘 要
    本研究试图以台湾地区直销协会会员公司的直销商对伦理守则认知情形为出发点,来探讨直销产业伦理守则认知与直销商工作满足,组织承诺间的关系,并进而分析直销商特性(人口特质,直销商类型,生活型态)影响伦理守则认知,组织承诺,工作满足的程度.最后将研究结果提供给直销业界作为提升直销商组织承诺与工作满足的参考,也藉此了解企业伦理在直销产业所受的重视程度,更希望能藉此对于直销业的经营发展及伦理规范的推行有些许的帮助.本研究采实证方式,以直销协会会员公司401位直销商为调查对象,研究结果显示:(一)直销商都认为伦理守则认知程度会正向影响直销商之组织承诺与工作满足;(二)直销商之工作满足会影响其对组织的承诺;(三)不同类型之直销商在伦理守则认知,组织承诺及工作满足上有显着的差异情形;(四)在直销商生活型态上,愈重视信息搜集,追求时尚者,有较高程度的伦理守则认知与工作满足;(五)在直销商生活型态上,愈重视信息搜集,追求时尚者,个性谨慎者有较高程度的价值承诺.

    Abstract
    This research attempts to understand how the ethics codes were perceived by distributors of member companies of Taiwan Direct Selling Association (TDSA). With that information as the starting point to study the relationship among ethics codes perception, job satisfaction and organization commitment. The distributors' characteristics (population characteristics, types of distributorship, lifestyle) were employed as the interfering variables to see if they affect the degree of ethics codes perception, organization commitment and job satisfaction. The study result could be used to help the direct selling industries to promote their distributor's organization commitment and job satisfaction. This empirical study collected information from 401 distributors of TDSA member companies. The result of this study shows: (1) The ethics codes has significant positive relationship to their organization commitment and job satisfaction.(2) Distributors' job satisfaction has significant positive relationship to their organization commitment. (3) There are significant differences in different types of distributors' ethics codes perception, organization commitment and job satisfaction. (4) Distributors with more attention to information collecting and fashion pursuing lifestyle have higher cognition of ethics codes and job satisfaction. (5) Distributors with more attention to information collecting, fashion pursuing lifestyle and prudent personal character, have high value commitment.
