年产5万吨氯化法钛白粉
项目选址:新沂市经济开发区
项目内容和规模:新沂市矿产资源丰富,现已探明储量并开发利用的有黄砂,石英,水晶,钾钠长石,金红石,矿泉水等27种,其中金红石探明储量为全国第一.新沂目前已有5万吨/年烧碱装置,并且苏化集团拟将10万吨/年烧碱装置从苏州迁至新沂,届时可为该项目提供可靠的原料来源.本项目生产5万吨/年氯化法金红石型钛白粉.
投资总额与构成:项目总投资13亿元,其中固定资产投资10亿元(包括外汇6000万美元),配套流动资金3亿元.
合作方式: 合作,合资或独资
建设期限,回报率及投资回收期: 预计项目建设期为3年,投资回报率15%,投资回收期6.5年(包括3年建设期).项目建成投产后,年实现销售收入9亿元,实现利税3亿元.
项目目前进展:已进行项目可行性论证,正在进行前期准备工作.

Producing 50,000 Tons of Chlorinted Titanium Powder
Project Location: Xinyi Economic Development Zone,Xuzhou
Project Content and Scale: Xinyi City is rich in mineral resources. There are 27 kinds of mineral reserves like sand, quartz, crystal, potassium, rutile, sodium and minimal water which have been found and exploited. Among them, the reserve of rutile is the greatest in the country. Currently there have been devices which can produce 50,000 T of caustic soda in the district and the devices of 100,000 T of Suhua Group propose will be moved from Suzhou to Xinyi. By then,the amount of raw material for the project is sufficient. The project plans to produce 50,000 T of chlorinted titanium powder.
Total Investment: 1.3 billion yuan, of which 1 billion yuan of investment on fixed assets (including foreign exchange 6000 million US$), operating funds 3 billion yuan.
Construction period, the rate of return and investment recovery period :3 years of construction engineering, 15% of the investment return rate, 6.5 years of investment recovery period (including construction period of 3 years). After the project is completed and put into operation, a sales income of 900 million yuan and 300 million yuan on profits and taxes can be realized.
Mode of Cooperation: cooperation, joint ventures or sole investment
Project Progress: Feasibility studies have been carried out, the preliminary preparation is ongoing.
