关于我国城市拆迁研究的文献综述

摘要：随着时间的推移，由城市拆迁引起的各类问题在我国有愈演愈烈之势，已成为人们普遍关注的一个社会问题。城市房屋拆迁是城市化和现代化的产物，是一个涉及到法学、经济学、社会学等诸多学科的研究对象。我国学者对于城市拆迁的研究颇多，也取得了许多有价值的成果。本文在广泛阅读现有文献的基础上，从拆迁纠纷、拆迁补偿和保护私有产权等三个方面，对城市拆迁研究进行了梳理和总结，最后做出简要的评析。
关键词：城市拆迁；拆迁纠纷；拆迁补偿
Research on Urban Demolition of the Literature Review

Abstract：In recent years , a growing number of people are beginning to realize the importance of the City demolition . City demolition phenomena in China have become a common concern of social problems. Urban housing demolition is the product of urbanization and modernization.And it involved is a law, economics , sociology and many other disciplines of study. Chinese scholars to study a lot of urban housing demolition, has also made many valuable results. Based on the extensive reading existing literature on the basis of existing literature and concluded sorted out, and make a brief assessment.
