机床是机械制造业中主要的加工设备,作为加工的主力军,机床的质量,数量以及自动化程度水平,会直接影响机械工业的.机床的自动化水平对提高生产效率和产品质量,减轻操作人员的体力劳动等方面都起到极为重要的作用.

普通车床是能对轴,盘,环等多种类型工件进行多种工序加工的卧式车床,常用于加工工件的内外回转表面,端面和各种内外螺纹,采用相应的刀具和附件,还可进行钻孔,扩孔,攻丝和滚花等.普通车床是车床中应用最广泛的一种,约占车床类总数的65%,因其主轴以水平方式放置故称为卧式车床.
本毕业设计(论文)将对CA6140型普通车床电气控制系统进行改造设计,实现机床的电气化控制,使车床能够用电气控制让机床返回参考点等常规动作,实现电气控制机床进行自动进给装夹,加工调速,换刀,调速,换刀等加工动作.电气控制系统能够对机床自动切断电路以及各种过压过流保护,具备对操作人员的保护功能.(对本设计的具体内容的描述很重要,应该要全面而清晰,又能概况处本设计所做的工作和先进之处)

Abstract

Axis lathe is able to, plates, rings and other types of parts for a variety of horizontal lathe machining processes commonly used in the processing of internal and external rotation of the workpiece surface, face, and various internal and external threads, the use of appropriate tools and accessories, but also drilling, reaming, tapping, and rolling flowers.
