Dr. Herman Koeter, the former Executive Director of the European Food Safety Authority is invited to introduce the CAC and the experience in the construction and implement of European Union food safety risk assessment, risk management, risk communication system. And he will also give us some advice about the food safety risk assessment and the construction of management technology platform.
Institute of Agro-food Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shanghai Ocean University will deliver some reports on the issue of food safety research.
Representatives and some experts will discuss the problem of food safety risk assessment and some related issues.
