明清福建医家疫病文献研究

摘 要
明清时期,是疫病文献产生的重要时期.明清福建地区由于地理环境,气候等因素,疫病流行频仍.明清时期福建医家在医疗实践中也产生了相应的疫病文献.
本课题以明清福建医家疫病文献调查为基础,对明清(1368～1911)福建医家的疫病文献资料作系统全面的研究与分析,从医著版本,疫病专著治疗特色,疫病病因,疫病侵入途径,疫病舌脉诊断,疫病治疗法则,疫病治疗方剂,疫病预防,疫病文献普及等方面探讨明清福建医家疫病文献的内容和规律.通过对明清福建医家疫病文献的整理研究,从中寻求有意义的疫病理论和治疗方法,指导当今的临床,对我们在新的历史条件下如何与疾病作斗争提供借鉴.
通过查阅明清图书目录,史学资料和地志等相关文献,得知明代福建治疗疫病的医家有8位,有著作流传至今的医家有3位,现存有关的疫病文献11部.清代福建治疗疫病的医家有59位,有著作流传至今的医家有6位,现存有关的疫病文献16部,其中2部为疫病专著.本课题对这些明清福建医家疫病文献有关疫病的内容进行归类研究.通过本课题的研究,将填补明清福建医家疫病文献研究方面的空白,使中医疫病文献体系更加充实和完善.

Study on Epidemic Disease Literature of Doctors
in Fujian Area in Ming and Qing Dynasty

ABSTRACT
It is a important period for appearing of epidemic disease literature in Ming and Qing dynasty.A lot of epidemic diseases occured in Fujian area in Ming and Qing dynasty because of the geography ,enviroment and climate.During the clinical practice,the doctors in Fujian area in Ming and Qing dynasty wrote much epidemic disease literature.
Based on investigation of epidemic disease literature written by doctors in Fujian area in Ming and Qing dynasty.The study and analysis is made about epidemic disease literature of chinese medicine doctors in Fujian area from 1368 to 1911.Significative feature and method will be gotten from the edition of epidemic disease literature ,special feature of epidemic disease monograph ,cause of epidemic disease ,the way to suffer from the epidemic disease ,diagnosis of epidemic disease by observing tongue and feeling the pulse ,therapeutics of epidemic disease ,herbs of treating epidemic disease ,epidemic disease precaution ,popularization of epidemic disease literature .The outcome of this study will teach us how to fight against epidemic disease nowdays.
